Find 1 rep max for:
1 push press
1 push jerk
1 split jerk
(Do not put bar down between the 3 moves)
Then perform 3x3 at 75% of 1 rep max
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Power clean (135/95)
Bar facing burpees
