3 rounds:
3 forward rolls + 3 cartwheels + 3 pike jumps

then

10 Rounds:
3 Strict pull ups + 2 HSPU

WOD:
AMRAP 7: Burpees
AMRAP 5: Squats
AMRAP 3: Push ups
