Skill/Warm up:
7X45% Back Squat to Front Squat + 7 squats
7X50% Back Squat to Front Squat + 7 squats
5X55% Back Squat to Front Squat + 5 squats

WOD:
Using 60% body weight

3 rounds 
10 Back squats 
200 M run
10 Front Squats 
Hill Sprint (2nd driveway)
